Ondo and Broadridge to bring shareholder voting to tokenized equities

Tokenized stock infrastructure took a major leap forward as Broadridge and Ondo team up to bring shareholder voting to tokenized equities👇

Ondo, the leader of tokenized stocks space with $700M AUM, has partnered with Broadridge to enable 100k holders of 250 tokenized stocks and ETFs to exercise shareholder rights.

➡️ Why this matters

One of the biggest criticisms of third-party issued tokenized equities has been clear: token holders often lacked core shareholder rights, particularly proxy voting.

That changes with this integration.

Through Broadridge’s new Web3-enabled proxy infrastructure, 100,000+ Ondo tokenized stock holders will now be able to:

- Vote in shareholder meetings

- Review prospectuses and regulatory filings

- Access governance disclosures for underlying securities

- Manage corporate actions through established investor communications rails

This means holders of tokenized equities such as Apple Inc. and Alphabet Inc. can connect their wallets, verify ownership, and participate in proxy voting.

➡️ Bigger Picture

Broadridge's new PorxyVote capability enables retail and institutional investors to access proxy voting and manage corporate actions and disclosures across both traditional and tokenized securities within their existing platforms and workflows.
